The Momentum Rule™ Series · Book One
You're stuck because you've been waiting.
Waiting to feel ready. Waiting for the fear to go away. Waiting for some version of confidence to tap you on the shoulder and say, “Okay. Now.”
That moment is not coming. This book is about becoming the kind of person who moves anyway.
You don't need to feel ready. You just need to start. This book is for anyone who's been waiting for confidence, clarity, or the right moment - and finding that none of them show up on schedule.

Guided Chaos with Rhythm™
Every chapter of The Momentum Rule comes with its own song and its own Coach’s Chat - written and produced as The Winks - so the words never travel alone. Read a chapter, then let the music finish the thought.
The full philosophy →What this book does
Why you're not broken - just paused.
The real reason you've been stuck isn't laziness or lack of willpower. It's a nervous system doing exactly what it's designed to do. Once you understand that, everything changes.
The myth of readiness - and how to stop waiting for it.
Ready is not a feeling that arrives before you start. Ready is what you become by starting. This chapter makes that permanent.
How to build momentum when you're running on empty.
Tiny steps. Micro-bravery. The science of not stopping - even when everything in you wants to. Momentum builds on itself, but only if you give it something to build on.
How to survive heavy seasons without losing yourself.
When life is genuinely hard - not inconvenient, actually hard - this is what keeps you operational. Not toxic positivity. Real tools for real weight.
Why confidence is the last thing that shows up - not the first.
Stop waiting for confidence before you move. Confidence is a follow-on effect of action. It shows up after you've started, confused and slightly out of breath.
Every book comes with its own original soundtrack and chapter chats.

It's all about MOMENTUM - not motivation.
Wow. Every statement packed a punch. And not like a gut punch - more of a hearty push out the door. I love how the chapters were broken up into memorable phrases and not long paragraphs. The author doesn't judge or condemn you for feeling unmotivated or lazy and doesn't make false promises on all you'll be able to do once finishing the book. She even tells you that you'll most likely be back to your stressed out self a week from now. But for now, keep moving and keep acting and just keep BEING as much as you can. Don't wait until you're ready to start. Start- And then you'll feel ready.
Just do one thing!
This is a good book! So many self-help books are bogged down with mantras and complicated step-by-step processes but not this one. The author gently reminds us that all we need to do is one simple thing - move. Do it. That one simple move will lead to others. No heavy reading - just simple lessons - just plain and simple truth. One thing I especially loved were the song lyrics throughout the book. This book definitely helped me to realize that getting started on things is simpler than my brain makes it and each step up, or step back, is still progress!
Just Do It.
Wow. This book was incredible! Reading it was a blessing. Why? Because it did not present a million different ways in which to "reinvent" or "reestablish" my life with all new methods of organization or time-management strategies. The book didn't have "fluff". I tend to wait for an emotion or inspiration that encourages me to do a task. I have a habit of procrastinating. What I sincerely love about this author is her honesty. She said all we have to do is "move". She reminded me that movement is all it takes. Small victories turn into larger victories. I must stop comparing myself to other people. I must give myself grace. No matter what social media says, I am my own person. I only have to get up and move. Just do. This book was such an encouragement!
Just keep moving
I love this book! It speaks on keeping momentum in life even if you are going through hard times. It teaches not to wait and wallow, but keep moving and doing things that would keep you busy or that might help situations eventually. They emphasize that even through you might struggle through it, or aren't great at the task, to keep doing it until you're out of the slump, ultimately saying that small steps truly count. I like how they incorporate some lyrics and songs into the book as well.
Small Steps, Real Change
A refreshing push against perfectionism, this book reminds you that progress doesn't need to look polished to count. It emphasizes taking action now, even when things feel messy or uncertain. Simple, motivating, and practical it's a solid read when you feel stuck and need momentum fast.
A must read
This book is a must read. I've read the first few chapters and now I can't put it down. It's so real - you feel the author has been where you are. The chapters are short and I love the bonus songs, so you can listen and remind yourself when your car is on the move. If you buy any self-help book today, I recommend this one. Actually, push the boat out and buy the series - you can thank me later.

It's called “You're Not Broken. You're Paused.” and it takes about seven minutes to read. Fair warning: it's going to name the exact thing you've been avoiding.
